1. Processing & Fulfillment Time (USA)

  • Standard Shipping is 10-14  Business Days.
  • Express Shipping is 7-10 Business Days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: $25.00 USD.
  • Express Shipping: $55.00 USD.
  • Carrier: We primarily use UPS & DHL Express for reliable international delivery.
  • Estimated Delivery: Once fulfilled, delivery typically occurs within 6–9 business days.

3. Processing & Fulfillment Time (UK)

  • Standard Shipping is 8-12  Business Days.
  • Express Shipping is 5-8 Business Days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (UK)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: £12.00 GBP.
  • Express Shipping: £30.00 GBP.
  • Carrier: We primarily use SKYNET WORLDWIDE EXPRESS for reliable international delivery.
  • Estimated Delivery: Once fulfilled, delivery typically occurs within 6–9 business days.

 

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Customers can track their package via the DHL Express portal using their unique 10-digit code.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Bano Luxe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages and Missing Packages

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us at banoluxeteam@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

8. International Shipping Policy

  • We ship worldwide, including to the United States and the United Kingdom.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
